1. Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return if:

  • The product delivered is damaged, defective, or incorrect

  • The product is unused, unworn, and in its original packaging

  • The request is made within 3 days of delivery

Certain items such as customized products, limited-edition collectibles, or clearance sale items may not be eligible for returns.

2. Process for Returns

  • Provide your order ID, reason for return, and supporting images (if applicable).

  • Once approved, our courier partner will collect the product from your address.

3. Refunds

  • Refunds will be initiated once the returned product is inspected and approved.

  • For prepaid orders, the refund will be credited back to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be issued through bank transfer or store credit.

4. Exchanges

If you would like to exchange a product (for size or variant issues), please raise a request within the 3-day return period.Exchanges are subject to product availability.
